Uncle Udo's performance at the 40th Pellenzer
Uncle Udo – a man, no guitar 🎸
On Saturday evening, he opened the outdoor stage with a show that had everything: rock star poses, humor, heavy metal, and lots of energy.
Uncle Udo, Germany's most famous air guitarist, had the audience amazed, laughing, and participating. His moves, jumps, and interaction are pure performance—somewhere between parody, punk, and performance art.
And the special thing: Uncle Udo didn't stay on stage. He went in close contact with the audience, threw himself into the crowd and got young and old alike rocking along. New fans were quickly won over – and at the end, selfies and autograph requests were on the agenda.
Anyone who was there knows: air guitar is not a gimmick, but pure festival feeling.
