Klaus der Geiger – controversial, poetic, and unmistakable. For decades, he has represented political street music in Germany like no other. With his violin, his keen mind, and his fearless heart, he has moved generations – on stages, at demonstrations, and on sidewalks.

For the 40th Pellenzer anniversary, we're thrilled to have Klaus back (and not for the first time) – this time in a duo with the amazing Marius Peters. The guitarist not only brings brilliant technique, but also a keen sense of sound, improvisation, and the quiet interlude.

Together, the two form an unusually well-rehearsed team: violin meets guitar, experience meets joy of playing. Their music is often instrumental, somewhere between classical, folk, jazz, and street music – virtuosic, free, sometimes wild, sometimes tender. Music that doesn't preach, but touches.
