I lost my watch (my wallet etc.). Where can I get it back?

Come to the blue trailer on the festival site. Maybe your lost item has turned up again in the meantime.

I found a smartphone or wallet. Where can I drop this off?

You can hand in lost property in the blue trailer on the festival site. There you answer a few more questions about where you found it and when - and we'll take care of everything else. And thank you for being so honest! 🙂

Can I bring my dog?

But of course! 🙂 However, keep him on a leash on our festival grounds. There are also a lot of children running around there and we have had good experiences when one of them is leashed. Before there are any questions: We have agreed on dogs.

When can I arrive?

From Thursday afternoon our campsite is open and on Wednesday our campsite is open to visitors and you can travel there! You can find out more about this here.

Can I bring my own food onto the site?

You can cater for yourself on the tent and camping site. But not on the festival site itself, please. Glass bottles in particular can break and pose a danger to everyone who walks barefoot - especially children and dogs. In principle, open fire is forbidden. If it is only half open, i.e. in a fire bowl, it is allowed. Danger! In 2022, due to the ongoing drought, we received special requirements from the regulatory office. This year, all fires are prohibited on the entire site. Yes, but you get a lot more choice at the beer fountain 😉

Can I get my ticket refunded?

Not really. Do you have a special reason for your request, then write to us. Maybe we can help you.

I paid admission on Friday. Can I also come in on Saturday with an extra charge?

Unfortunately, we do not do an upgrade. On Fridays you have the choice to pay for the entire weekend or just for Friday. If you do come back on Saturday, we will offer you an admission price for Saturday. But paying the difference between the Friday price and the weekend price is for administrative reasons...

Can I drive to the campsite by car?

Yes, but only until the Pellenzer officially opens its doors; that's Friday at 5 p.m. To unload, you can drive through Mühlenstraße to the campsite beforehand.
