Do I get a discount with my disability card?

Yes, you will get one if your disability card states that you have a degree of disability (GdB) of over 50%. This will give you free entry to our festival. Please have your card ready at the entrance to ensure that everything goes smoothly.

Can you pay cashless?

Unfortunately not. Only cash in euros is accepted on the entire site. However, in Plaidt, just a few minutes' walk away, you will find a VR Bank and a Kreissparkasse with ATMs.

I just turned 16. Do I then have to pay admission directly?

Yes, but you get a lot more choice at the beer fountain 😉

Can I get my ticket refunded?

Not really. Do you have a special reason for your request, then write to us. Maybe we can help you.

I paid admission on Friday. Can I also come in on Saturday with an extra charge?

Unfortunately, we do not do an upgrade. On Fridays you have the choice to pay for the entire weekend or just for Friday. If you do come back on Saturday, we will offer you an admission price for Saturday. But paying the difference between the Friday price and the weekend price is for administrative reasons...
